I will post your piece 1st class or courier signed for in the majority of cases (unless you specify otherwise.)
I will charge you the postage and packing costs that I pay based on the piece's weight and packing required to keep it safe in transit.
I aim to use sustainable packaging where possible to minimise impact to the environment.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase from this site, please be reassured that if you contact me at heather@heatherniven.co.uk within 2 weeks of receiving the work, I will accept return of the work and will issue either a refund or exchange.
I appreciate that art work often needs to be handled and seen in the flesh so to speak to really know if it is exactly what you wanted.
